• xs >> wrist size: 5 3/4"

• s >> wrist size: 6"

• m >> wrist size: 6 1/2"

• l >> wrist size: 7"

• xl >> wrist size: 7 1/2"

MEN's "size" (see below for Measuring Instructions)

• xs >> wrist size: 6 1/2"

• s >> wrist size: 7"

• m >> wrist size: 7 1/2"

• l >> wrist size: 8"

• xl wrist size: 8 1/2"

If this is a gift, I would suggest choosing a size based on the clothing size of the wearer.

Measuring Instructions:

Option 1 (right): Measure in inches just above the wrist bone with a flexible tape measure.

Or...

Option 2 (below): Measure in inches just above the wrist bone with a strip of paper or string.

Make a mark where it overlaps on your wrist, measuring just above the wrist bone.

Lay the strip/string flat with the ruler next to it. Measure to the mark.
